Services were first held in the Public Hall and then in the Lower Tynwald Hall, West Kirby. A chapel known as West Kirby Free Church and also as the 'Tin Church' was built in Grange Road in 1910, and this was superseded by a new building in Brookfield Gardens in 1928.
